Keynote Speaker
Angela is an energetic and entertaining keynote speaker and
as a member of the PSA (Professional Speakers Association)
she is perfecting this craft.
Having been an MC for anything from fashion shows to beauty
events Angela has also been keynote speaker for several beauty
events in London and the Midlands area.
FHT - Central England January 16th 2007
The theme for the evening was "How to get on purpose
and achieve amazing results"
FHT members were absorbed for an hour as Angela described
the phenomenal effects of passion, focus and principles that
transformed how she works as a holistic practitioner.
Nicky Bancroft, Chair of the Birmingham FHT explained how
the members found the talk "totally inspirational which
made our members' evening such a huge success. The feedback
has been excellent with people commenting on your enthusiastic,
yet very natural presentation style to the useful advice and
anecdotes. I'm certain that everyone took away something
that will change the way they think about themselves and their
working practices. It was good fun to boot!"
GLOSCAT - Industry week - Final year students February 7th
2007
The theme was "Working in the best industry in the world"
The final year students were able to benefit from the wide
experience Angela has of the spa and beauty business to help
these final year students select their direction once they
have qualified.
Nikki Brick, course lecturer described the effect it had as
"fantastic. It has helped the students enormously and
also reminded me of why I love this industry"
ITEC - Excel - Health & Beauty Show February 25th
and 26th 2007
Theme "Retail Merchandising - Making the Mundane Precious"
As guest speaker at this prestigious beauty event Angela introduced
to a diverse group of industry professionals the principles
of effective retail merchandising and how this delivers profits
to help businesses prosper rather than simply get by.
In the beauty world retail merchandising is a little known
business phenomenon which has been part of the high street
environment and is responsible for communicating strong brand
identity.
In a nutshell, retail merchandising uses knowledge about our
predicted psychological reactions and how these can be greatly
influenced in the retail area.
FHT - Worcester February 27th 2007
Theme "How to attract more clients"
FHT members battled though some of the worst traffic to attend
the presentation by Angela. As an experienced and successful
holistic practitioner she was happy to share the journey she
has had since qualifying in 1999. This was the source of great
amusement for the members and offered inspiration and practical
steps to building their success in the industry.
Pauline Hulston, chair of the Worcester FHT described the
feedback from her members as "enthusiastic - you certainly
gave them food for thought about the way they work. We were
delighted you were able to make it"
